The house is situated on the border of Benicarlo / Vinaros as know fondly as "El Pequenito" (the small one). The beach is about 60 metres from the front door so you can enjoy the beautiful sea air and sounds.
The house has been recently decorated and refurbished, new flat screen television in the living room, a fully furnished kitchen with refrigerator / freezer, gas stove and oven and plenty of pans, dishes and cutlery.
On the veranda, is patio furniture, marble table, shade and a BBQ. It is the essence of relaxation, with a nice refreshing sea breeze and a beautiful garden to enjoy.
In the garage is a washing machine, more patio furniture, mobile BBQ, loungers, chair cushions, bikes and much much more.
The garden is enclosed with vegetation ideal for small children or dogs. You can park your car safely on a private driveway in the garden or in the garage.
There is a big Carrefour supermarket and a McDonalds nearby (at about 1 km distance). There are also several restaurants at walking distance. A lovely relaxed stay for the well deserved!
